About the Role
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Sales Person to join our busy team. Based in our outdoor power tool & machinery shop, you will work with both homeowners and professional operators across lawn & garden, construction, forestry, and property maintenance sectors.

Our focus is on the latest battery-powered outdoor gardening and property maintenance tools, including lawnmowers, robotic mowers, grass trimmers, hedge trimmers, leaf blowers, chainsaws, pressure washers, and generators. If you have a passion for helping customers find the right solution and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the most suitable products.
Promote and sell a wide range of outdoor power tools, with an emphasis on battery-powered solutions.
Provide demonstrations and advice on usage, safety, and maintenance.
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Process sales transactions accurately and manage follow-ups for client satisfaction.
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, new technologies, and industry trends.
Meet and exceed sales targets while contributing to the overall growth of the business.
Skills & Experience

Minimum 2 years’ sales experience in retail, machinery, or equipment (required).
Strong knowledge or interest in outdoor power tools and battery technology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
Confident in explaining technical features in a clear and approachable way.
Strong organisational skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Full driving licence required.
