The new AS 1000 Ovis EVO RC differs from the basic model in that it has a remote-controlled, electric cutting height adjustment with display, a remote-controlled, electromechanical blade clutch and a quick-release function for the hydrostats and brake.

The primary objective in the development of the AS 1000 Ovis RC was technical simplicity right from the start. Too many electrical components in a machine, such as electric throttle, electric choke, oil level sensors, EFI injection and CAN bus systems, create complexity that should be consistently avoided. After two years of practical experience, we can now add further essential RC functions. However, we will continue to do without electrical gimmicks for AS engines.

Power transmission without power loss
The enormous power of the Vanguard Professional 2-cylinder engine is transmitted directly to the cutterhead via a belt drive without any loss of power. The torque is divided between the two robust belts.
